Shipping Woldwide
We ship worldwide and to all international destinations. International delivery times vary between 6 – 12 business days depending on your location and shipping method you have chosen.
International parcels are sent via FedEx and insured for full value. Ready-to-ship items will be carefully packaged & shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed Argentinian holidays.
Custom orders & made-to-order items are produced and shipped/delivered within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise stated.
Anita Miró is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Sometimes the shipping time exceeds the estimate due to factors outside of our control.
Please note that the order amount at checkout excludes duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

TRACKING
After placing an order, an email confirmation should arrive. Your order will be shipped, and you'll get another email with the tracking details shortly after that.
SECURE PACKAGING
We work hard to ensure that your carefully chosen purchase reaches you in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packed as void filler between objects inside of the box to cushion against blows, and several layers of packaging kraft paper wrap tightly secured around each piece to keep pots safe from both outside forces and striking against each other.
RETURN POLICY
We want happy customers!
We will accept returns on non-sale items only, within 7 days of receipt of the item, given that they are returned in their original condition. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at [email protected] and let us know what you’re returning.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and that they be insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please note that all sales are final on custom work. No refunds or returns will be issued.
