ABOUT GLAZES

 

All items are made with food safe, lead-free glazes that have been commercially tested for safety. 

 

OUT OF STOCK

 

All items that are out of stock, we can make them for you. Because everything in Anita Miró is handmade, it can take 4 or 6 weeks to be ready. Please contact us at [email protected]. 

 

 

DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL

 

Every order is packed carefully to ensure that all items arrive at your door safely. Should a piece arrive in damaged condition, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the package for a refund to be issued. We also ask that you hold on to all parts of the piece and send us a photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging with all labels visible. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages outside of the 2 day limit will not be refunded as time-sensitive insurance claims will expire.

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

 

We are open to creating custom pieces in specific colors, sizes and materials for clients. Please message us at [email protected] and we can discuss the possibility of creating a unique item for you. Please remember that all sales are final on custom orders.
